Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will endeavour to notify you once we understand the issue and if a refund is approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
