We dispatch Sea Moss Gel via Express/First Class Delivery.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process and dispatch all orders — business days only.
For Sea Moss Gel ordered between Thursday and Sunday (weekend) and on bank holiday, we will dispatch these orders on the following working day (Monday - Tuesday) to ensure freshness and consistency.
Note: Occasionally, courier services experience severe delivery delays, including during Christmas & New Year and delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We aim to provide you with tracking details upon order fulfilment.
If you wish to make corrections to the information you provided, including amending your delivery address after placing your order, please get in touch with us immediately before your order is dispatched. We will be unable to make amendments once your order is fulfilled/sent.
Contact us immediately if you do not receive your order on time.
Your Sea Moss Gel must be kept refrigerated for freshness and consistency.
Track your order and ensure that someone is at the shipping/delivery address to receive the order.
If you miss your delivery, immediately pick up your order from the required collection point, as GA VITALS is not responsible for missed delivery attempts after order fulfilment.
